TIME TO CHILL is one such project that will give you lots of lovely knitting time. It is a large shawl that is easy to knit. The instructions describe the steps in detail.
The shawl has a half-moon shape and is knitted from the neckline from top to bottom. The basic pattern is stockinette stitch (only knit stitches in the forward rows, only purl stitches in the back rows). At the same time, decorative rows of holes are formed by regular increases.

5 mm (US 8) / 100 cm (40”) circular knitting needles,
4 stitch markers, a wool needle

16 sts x 24 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4“), knitted in stocking stitch using 5 mm (US 8) needles
