Fashion and knitting always played a major role in my life. 
I studied design and worked for many years in the fashion industry as a designer and buyer. I flew around the world countless times and had so many great experiences. I got to know foreign countries, people and cultures and I realized that the world is full of so many fascinating things worth seeing - and I found so many places where I could imagine living.
My fear of flying still remains ;) - to make it easier for me, I always have my knitting with me! I love to  create and knit numerable pieces of my wardrobe myself. 
Knitting has so many great benefits - I can come to rest and knit one stitch after the other like in a meditation. Knitting gives me a feeling of being at home, no matter where I am. And simply by knitting I can create something beautiful with little effort, something individual and sustainable, in my favourite colours (or the colours of the season, if I think that's important) and my favourite qualities.
