DETAILS
I have a weakness for ruffles! They transform a simple basic into something playful and feminine. The FRILLS FOREVER Shirt is an airy raglan shirt, knitted from the top down, with short, set-in sleeves and a flounce detail on the front.

For FRILLS FOREVER, the yarn is knitted with larger needles than recommended, resulting in a light and slightly sheer fabric perfect for summer. Knitted from breathable summer yarns such as silk, linen, cotton, or viscose, it is ideal for warm, sunny days.

You can also wear the shirt with a long-sleeved T-shirt underneath if it's cold - it looks good layered too.

3 (3, 3, 4) 4 (4, 5) 5 (5, 5) cones of Tussah Tweed from BC Garn (100% silk, 250 m / 273 yds - 50 g), colour sp11 brown-earth-mix or approx. 550 (630, 700, 780) 860 (940, 1030) 1070 (1110, 1210) m / 600 (680, 760, 860) 940 (1020, 1130) 1170 (1210, 1320) yds of fingering weight yarn.

KNITTING NEEDLES & ACCESSORIES
Needles: 3.5 mm / US 4 80 cm / 32" for cuffs (sleeves / hem), 4.0 mm / US 6 in 80 cm / 32" for body, sleeves and the flounce. Or the size that gives you the gauge you need.
A 2.5 or 3 mm / US 1.5 or 2.5 circular knitting needle in 80 cm / 32" for picking up the stitches for the flounce.
Accessories: 8 stitch markers, 1 lockable stitch marker, 1 yarn needle.
